Mivorae U.S. Domestic Logistics Policy
I. Delivery Scope and Shipping Location

Coverage Area: This policy applies to delivery services within the contiguous United States (including all 50 states and the District of Columbia), Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories such as Puerto Rico.

Shipping Warehouse: All orders are shipped from our self-operated warehouses located within the United States and delivered via cooperating courier service providers.
II. Delivery Timeframe and Tracking

Standard Timeframe: After an order is confirmed and shipped, the standard delivery timeframe for most regions is 10-20 business days. For remote areas (e.g., areas north of Anchorage in Alaska, outer islands of Hawaii, the entire state of Montana, etc.), delivery may be extended by 3-5 business days due to geographical isolation or low logistics density.

Timeframe Explanation: The delivery timeframe is calculated from the date the package is shipped from the warehouse, excluding order processing time, weekends, and federal holidays (e.g., Thanksgiving, Christmas). Delivery delays may occur due to severe weather (such as winter blizzards) or peak logistics periods during holidays. We will make every effort to coordinate but shall not be liable for such circumstances.

Logistics Tracking: Once your package is shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. You can check the real-time delivery progress through our official website or the cooperating courier’s platform.
III. Delivery Fees

Basic Shipping Fee: Shipping fees are calculated based on the package’s weight, volume, and delivery area. The specific amount will be displayed automatically by the system when you place your order, and the fee shall be borne by the recipient.
IV. Receipt and Signature

Delivery Information: Please ensure that you provide an accurate and complete delivery address (including zip code) and contact phone number when placing your order. Any delays or returns caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses will result in additional fees, which shall be borne by you.

Signature Requirements: A signature is required for the receipt of some packages. If you are unable to receive the package in person, you may contact the courier to arrange a second delivery or designate a pickup location.
V. Handling of Logistics Issues

Package Delays: If your package has not been delivered within the estimated timeframe, please contact us via the email address provided in your order (mivorae@mivorae.store.com), and we will assist in checking the logistics status.

Lost or Damaged Packages: Please inspect the package for integrity before signing for it. If damage or missing items are found, please refuse to sign for the package and contact us immediately. If issues are discovered after signing, please provide evidence such as photos within 48 hours, and we will assist in communicating with the courier to resolve the matter.

- This policy applies only to domestic deliveries within the United States. For international shipping, please consult customer service separately.
- We reserve the right to adjust delivery rules in accordance with the policies of cooperating couriers. Any changes will be announced on our official website and will not be notified individually.
